Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to help students achieve their desired band scores in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students improve their listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct engaging IELTS training sessions for students preparing for both Academic and General Training modules.
- Design and deliver lesson plans, practice tests, and mock exams to improve students&apos performance.
- Provide individualized feedback and strategies to help students overcome weaknesses.
- Teach test-taking techniques, time management skills, and language improvement strategies.
- Monitor students progress and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam format changes and modify teaching methods accordingly.
- Conduct group discussions, speaking practice sessions, and writing evaluations.
- Guide students on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension to enhance their English proficiency.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Certified IELTS Trainer (Cambridge/British Council/IDP certification is a plus).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IELTS coaching or English language training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the IELTS test format, scoring system, and assessment criteria.
- Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and student needs.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in online and offline teaching.
- Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
