Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Trainer based in Jalandhar. The IELTS Trainer will plan and deliver effective lessons to support students in improving their English language proficiency and achieving their IELTS goals. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting practice tests, providing individual feedback, and ensuring students are prepared for all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Additionally, the trainer will track students progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and comprehensive knowledge of the IELTS exam
- Experience in Lesson Planning and delivering structured teaching programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively
- Ability to identify students strengths and areas for improvement and tailor teaching methods accordingly
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in training or teaching roles, especially for IELTS (advantageous)
