Job Description
We are looking for amotivated and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer (Freshers can apply)to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong English communication skills and a passion for teaching and helping students achieve their desired IELTS band score.
Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS training sessions (Online / Offline)
- Teach basic to advanced concepts of IELTS modules:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation
- Conduct mock tests and practice sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare simple lesson plans and study materials
- Motivate and guide students towards their target band score
Requirements (For Freshers)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- IELTS Band Score6.5+ (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong English proficiency are welcome
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence to interact with students
- Willingness to learn and grow as a trainer
