Role Overview

As an IELTS/PTE Faculty Trainer, you will play a direct role in helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact IELTS and PTE training sessions for students preparing for international education.

• Teach all modules including Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening with strong conceptual clarity.

• Design structured lesson plans, mock tests, assignments, and performance improvement strategies.

• Track student progress regularly and provide personalized feedback for score enhancement.

• Train students with real exam strategies, time-management techniques, and confidence-building methods.

• Conduct speaking evaluations and writing corrections with detailed improvement guidance.

• Maintain student engagement through interactive classroom activities and practical learning methods.

• Identify weak areas quickly and create action plans for student improvement.

• Ensure students stay disciplined, motivated, and exam-ready throughout the preparation journey.

• Collaborate with the counseling and admissions team to support students holistically.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong expertise in IELTS and/or PTE training methodologies.

• Deep understanding of exam patterns, scoring systems, and evaluation standards.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify concepts and teach students from different academic backgrounds.

• Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.

• Passion for mentoring and helping students achieve international education goals.

• Confidence in conducting both offline and online training sessions.

• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and performance-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or related fields.

• IELTS/PTE certification or prior experience as a certified trainer is highly preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/DET coaching.

• Experience handling students targeting high band scores will be an added advantage.
