We are looking for an experienced professional to support the IDP (Integrated Delivery/Development Process) operating model through structured documentation, RACI creation, and process mapping initiatives.
The role requires strong process structuring, workshop facilitation, and high-quality material preparation to enable operational excellence.
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support IDP operating model documentation and governance alignment
- Develop structured process maps and RACI matrices
- Prepare executive-ready deliverables and structured documentation
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Synthesize workshop inputs into actionable documentation
- Ensure strong process structuring and execution discipline
- Coordinate with supply chain and operational planning teams
Desired Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operational Planning / Process Consulting
- Strong expertise in operating model documentation
- Hands-on experience in RACI framework development and process mapping
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent presentation and material creation capability
- Strong execution discipline and structured thinking
