Job Description

The IDMC Tech Lead will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise data management and governance solutions using Informatica IDMC. The role encompasses MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog initiatives to enable accurate, consistent, and reliable enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Informatica IDMC SaaS solutions across MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality (CDQ), and Data Catalog (CDGC) domains.
  • Design and implement master data management (MDM) solutions, including Reference Data Management (RDM) and Customer Data Integration (CDI).
  • Develop technical strategies and roadmaps for enterprise data management initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams in best practices for IDMC development, metadata management, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and enterprise teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee integration of IDMC solutions with other enterprise systems and ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, documentation, and governance practices across projects.
  • Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution for enterprise data management systems.
