Role Purpose

For our Global client (strong presence in Europe), we are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to support the transition of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to Saviynt. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business application knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to ensure a successful migration and adoption across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, security teams, and external vendors to design, implement, and support identity governance and access management solutions during the transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the migration of Identity and Access Management capabilities from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to Saviynt.
  • Collaborate with business application owners to understand access management requirements and integration needs.
  • Design, configure, test, and implement IAM solutions and access governance processes within Saviynt.
  • Lead application onboarding activities for enterprise systems including SAP, Veeva, Employee Central (SuccessFactors), and other business-critical applications.
  • Analyze existing roles, entitlements, provisioning workflows, and access control models to support migration and optimization.
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, HR, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Support post-migration stabilization activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or related security domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and/or Saviynt implementations and migrations.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, access certifications, and segregation of duties concepts.
  • Experience integrating and supporting enterprise business applications such as: SAP, Veeva, Employee Central (SuccessFactors), Other HR, ERP, CRM, or regulated business applications
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and application owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of identity governance frameworks and security best practices.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, and access management technologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and audit controls.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM, Cyber Security, Saviynt, or related technologies.
