We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing robust IAM solutions to enhance security and streamline access control.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop identity management policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze identity management systems for performance and security issues.
Perform regular audits and assessments of identity management processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in identity management or related IT security roles.
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and technologies.
Experience with identity governance, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.
Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
