Identity Management Consultant

Responsibilities –

1. Design, implement, and manage identity solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager and Azure AD
2. Develop custom connectors, workflows, and business rules for identity provisioning and synchronization
3. Support migration projects from legacy IDM solutions to Microsoft Identity platforms
4. Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronization and access-related issues across systems
5. Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and IAM best practices

Requirements –

1. 5–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management with hands-on MIM implementation
2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD (Entra ID), and ADFS
3. Experience in developing custom connectors using ECMA 2.0, Web Services, and PowerShell
4. Proficiency in C#, VB, PowerShell, and understanding of LDAP/eDirectory
5. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, provisioning workflows, and identity lifecycle management
