Identity and Access Management Scrum Master

You will lead the Scrum Calls and PI planning. They are expected to be efficient RTEs. You will also mentor teams through agile methodologies. Must be well versed with Jira and Jira align, Creating Sprints, Stories and creating kanban reports in JIA. Coach the teams on how to best use Agile principles/frameworks and uses appropriate best practices Act as Scrum Master for assigned Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies such as, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups and retrospectives. Manage Sprints - keeping order, process, delivery, priorities accurate and on time Ensure development stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other partners to understand the expected product functionality and customer requirements. Help remove team impediments, and track and maintain metrics for information radiators.
