  • Develop and execute the enterprise IAM strategy aligned with security, compliance and business objectives.
  • Define and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (CISO, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance) to ensure IAM efforts support organizational goals.
  • Drive automation and modernization of identity governance and access processes.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions (e.g., Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Directory Services).
  • Lead IAM projects, including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
  • Manage IAM technology vendors and service providers evaluate and select IAM tools and platforms.
  • Track IAM program performance metrics, KPIs, and compliance reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-12+ years in IAM or related security fields, with progressive management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, Ping).
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.
  • Proven experience leading IAM program strategies, governance, and technology deployments.
