Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Overview

As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance and access management solutions across the organization. You will work closely with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure secure and compliant access to critical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access certification
• Administer and configure IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar tools
• Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) frameworks
• Conduct access reviews, recertification campaigns, and entitlement management
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to support SOX, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide timely resolution
• Document IAM processes, workflows, and policies
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Experience with one or more IAM tools: Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
