About the Role

Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations and architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions while interacting with clients in an on-site and offshore delivery model and leading IAM strategy and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations
• Architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions
• Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore delivery model
• Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors
• Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies
• Contribute to eminence activities such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies
• Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite – offshore delivery model for multiple projects
• Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion
• Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM roadmap, vendor selection etc.)
• Enabling business development by assisting in RFP and sales processes
• Spearhead exploring new IAM trends and technologies
• Participate in campus / lateral recruitment
