Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst , Mumbai

Are you passionate about safeguarding critical systems and ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Information Security team and play a key role in protecting the bank's applications and infrastructure.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day administration of user identities and access controls across banking and regulatory applications. You will work closely with application owners, technology teams, auditors, and global stakeholders to ensure access is governed in line with corporate policy and regulatory expectations. •     Lead the day-to-day access management workflow for applications and infrastructure.

•     Create and maintain user accounts for regulatory and banking applications.

•     Review user accounts and Access Control Matrices for banking-related applications on a regular cycle.

•     Process regulatory certificates for banking applications.

•     Coordinate and streamline annual access reviews for privileged and non-privileged accounts.

•     Govern recurring access reviews on quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly cycles.

•     Ensure compliance with corporate policies and support internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections.

•     Maintain accurate physical and digital records to support audit readiness.

•     Document processes and workflows using clear written content and visual presentations.

•     Partner with business and technology teams to develop and maintain procedural documentation.

•     Provide UAT and Production support in collaboration with application teams.

•     Build and maintain strong working relationships with global business and technology stakeholders, including regional and cross-country teams.

•     Manage BAU operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

•     Strong working knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles and practices.

•     Hands-on experience with application account administration.

•     Familiarity with access matrix and entitlement review processes.

•     Solid understanding of Windows and Linux platforms.

•     Exposure to internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.

•     Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

•     A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.

•     Microsoft Windows certification
