Job Title - Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM Engineer)

What the day will look like

• Engineering and implementation of security technologies centric to Privileged Access security solutions
• Implementation & integration of PAM solutions (CyberArk, Beyond Trust, etc) .
• Experience in Identity & Access Management platform solutions
• Provide input into architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management,
• Keep documentation accurate with environmental changes .
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are a requirement for this position.
• Execute on the adoption of the Identity and Access strategy through the documentation of business capability and roadmap developed with architecture.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 3 - 5 years of experience in implementation, development, and or management of a leading privileged access management tool (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, etc.).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the deployment and continual management of a leading endpoint privilege management solution (BeyondTrust EPM, CyberArk EPM, etc.).
• Experience in operational tasks within PAM platforms (onboarding credentials, managing access, configuring API/programmatic access to credentials, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in the management of Windows and Linux infrastructure.
• Adept in developing automation to enhance existing privileged access capabilities using common scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of common SIEM tools and how to query them for relevant data.
• Familiarity with Active Directory concepts (users, computers, groups, GPOs, trusts).
• Familiarity with broader Identity and Access Management concepts (authentication, certifications, public key infrastructure, etc.).
• Understanding of web traffic and ability to debug authentication flows.
• Comfort in operating within the Agile framework for project driven work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to operate efficiently among a team of fellow engineers.
• Strong business acumen and technical documentation skills.
