This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Ideation Expert. The Ideation Expert will be responsible for brainstorming and generating innovative ideas for products, services, educational content, and partnerships. Responsibilities include conducting creative workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, refining concepts, and transforming ideas into actionable plans. The expert will also focus on fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.

• Creative Thinking, Idea Generation, and Innovative Problem-Solving skills
• Market Analysis, Research, and Strategic Planning capabilities
• Strong Collaboration, Teamwork, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting workshops and facilitating brainstorming sessions
• Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends
• Experience in education or tech-related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
