Position: IDCCM Consultant (Intensive Care Specialist)
Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IDCCM Consultant to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients, providing expert clinical care, leading ICU operations, and ensuring adherence to best practices in intensive care medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Lead the ICU team in delivering high-quality critical care services.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and make timely clinical decisions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and national healthcare standards.
Guide, train, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine/Anaesthesia/Respiratory Medicine + IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine).
Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in critical care post-IDCCM preferred.
Valid medical registration with MCI/NMC.
Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule: Full-time, as per hospital roster.
