Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN and preferably domain experience in Data Models. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
- Oversee the implementation of IDBS ELN solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress.
- Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis.
- Utilize IDBS ELN to streamline laboratory workflows and data management.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IDBS ELN with other systems.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are met.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IDBS ELN functionalities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrate mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN.
- Show domain experience in Data Models is a plus.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in project management methodologies.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have a strong understanding of data management and laboratory workflows.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
