Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse / ICU Incharge to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in critical care nursing, providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, and leading a team of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patients conditions and vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the ICU process and post-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent degree.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills to manage critically ill patients.
- Proficient in using ICU equipment and technology (ventilators, monitors, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
