ICU Incharge (Intensivist - MBBS)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ICU Incharge (Intensivist - MBBS) based in Pakur. The selected candidate will oversee and manage intensive care unit operations, ensuring optimal patient care and implementing effective treatment strategies. Responsibilities will include managing patient care plans, leading a team of medical staff, ensuring proper documentation of patient records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex medical cases. The role also involves supervising procedures and monitoring critically ill patients to ensure high-quality care.

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in Intensive Care Medicine
• Proven expertise in patient management, emergency response, and critical care protocols
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and make critical decisions under pressure
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosis, treatment planning, and outcome analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution; additional certifications in critical care are an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU management or a related field
• Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
• Familiarity with hospital systems, processes, and technologies is preferred
