Position: ICU Head Consultant Anaesthesiologist
Hospital Type: Cancer Hospital
Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
Qualification: MD / DNB Anaesthesia with Critical Care / ICU experience preferred
Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in ICU / Critical Care management preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ICU operations including patient care, protocols, and clinical management
- Provide anesthesia support for oncological surgeries and complex procedures
- Manage critically ill cancer patients in ICU including ventilator management and life support systems
- Perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, etc.
- Supervise ICU medical staff, RMOs, nurses, and technicians
- Coordinate with oncologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes and ensure high standards of critical care management
- Ensure infection control, patient safety protocols, and ICU quality standards
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and patient records
