ICT Infra Expert

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infra Expert to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing ICT infrastructure solutions, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address ICT infrastructure needs.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ICT infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in ICT infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in ICT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in network design and management, including routing and switching protocols.
• Strong understanding of server technologies (Windows, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices relevant to ICT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
