Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Execute corporate actions and filings on BSE and NSE portals for listed entities
  • Analyze SEBI Listing Compliances (LODR) and ensure timely disclosures
  • Liaise with the RBI for FEMA compliances and foreign investment filings
  • Perform detailed secretarial audits and due diligence for corporate clients
  • Draft high-quality secretarial reports and board meeting agendas
  • Maintain compliance calendars to ensure all statutory deadlines are met
