Understand how the ICI product works and how it is used by customers.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Icertis solutions across industries, following established methodologies and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Work closely with the customers (Global Customer Base) to answer questions about features and capabilities of our product, Interact with customers on/off-site to work on new product enhancements and configuration changes, implement new changes by using functional skills on customer environments.
Provide consultation on product features, review customer implementation and enhance the customer system for a better user experience.
Develop knowledgebase articles/training materials for both customer and internal staff to help them to become self-sufficient.
YOUR PROFILE
Configure Icertis solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
Facilitate workshops, UAT, training sessions, and deployment activities.
Provide technical & functional expertise, guidance, mentorship to team members.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices in procurement transformation.
Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role.
Minimum 23 full lifecycle Icertis implementations in a lead consultant role.
