- Help to drive activities to optimize department effectiveness and impact.
- Lead department efforts to implement new and existing technology tools, including configuration, training, rollout, and enablement (e. g. Contract Lifecycle Management, Data Privacy, BI, litigation tools).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create legal processes that are efficient for all parties involved.
- Design and deliver initiatives across legal function to improve operational performance.
- Manage and optimize various legal operations processes such as management of the Contract Lifecycle Management, User Access Management, finance payment tools, updating of knowledge articles and other similar activities.
- Support legal teams to manage legal teams vendors, purchase orders, spend tracking and budget.
- Support departmental initiatives and participate in change management activities as needed (draft communications, training documents, etc. ) related to projects impacting the department
- Work with the legal teams to manage contracts with vendors and track appropriate metrics within those documents and their budgets.
- Scale, innovate and suggest improvements to existing legal processes
- Review AI use cases that can help scale the legal function and assist with repetitive tasks and processes
- Manage legal operations administrative staff and provide administrative support as needed
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in legal operations and technology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in business, law or technology
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in legal operations or similar role.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerBI, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Prior experience in project management/oversight, process improvement, technology implementation, or related experience.
- Experience with legal technologies (e. g. Contract Lifecycle Management, Data Privacy, BI, litigation tools).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Process oriented, detail oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for technology and keen interest in simplification, AI and automation.
- Experience independently planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and competing deadlines. Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion.

Preferable:
- Experience in SharePoint and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Prior experience of data analytics.
