Role: IC4 Technical Consultant – OFSAA ERM
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Experience: 8-12 Years
Overview:
Senior technical consultant responsible for end-to-end implementation, customization, performance tuning, and support of OFSAA ERM modules (ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, PFT). Leads complex technical deliveries independently and mentors junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy OFSAA ERM modules, including metadata, data models, business rules, and scenario setups.
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL packages, ETL pipelines (ODI/PowerCenter), and large-scale financial datasets.
- Tune batch runs, cash flow engines, scenario simulations, and high-volume queries.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with DBAs/infrastructure teams.
- Prepare technical design documents, mapping sheets, and deployment guides.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
Required Skills:
- Advanced SQL/PLSQL, OFSAA rule framework, FDM/FCT/DIM modeling.
- Strong knowledge of ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, PFT modules.
- ETL development experience (ODI, Informatica, PL/SQL).
- Performance tuning on Oracle 12c/19c, OCI/Exadata exposure.
- Understanding of banking data: liquidity, loans, deposits, interest rate risk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Experience: 8–12 years with significant OFSAA ERM exposure; multi-entity/multi-currency implementations preferred.

- Delivery of accurate, high-performance ERM scenarios and rules.
- Reduction in batch/engine run-times.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and effective leadership of junior technical staff.
