- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP Supply Planning functionalities
- Support both Time-Series and Order-Based Planning models including planning area design and key figure configurations
- Configure and optimize Response Planning capabilities as needed
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate planning needs into technical solutions
- Manage CI-DS and RTI integrations and coordinate data issues for closure
- Work closely with the client s Demand Planning team to ensure continuity across planning functions
- Support data modelling, planning operators, heuristics, and supply network optimization
- Contribute to solution documentation, testing, training, and hypercare post go-live
- Provide recommendations on best practices for supply planning transformation
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning (Time Series and/or Order-Based)
- Strong exposure to Response Planning and integration with production/supply execution
- Prior experience with SAP APO (SNP, DP) and transitioning to IBP
- Solid understanding of IBP-Demand Planning, especially for cross-functional alignment
- Experience with CPI-DS or SDI for data integration
- Familiarity with planning books, key figures, KF calculations, and planning operators
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
