Must Have :
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation engineering
- Strong technical skills & ability in terms of on-site challenges and troubleshooting related ELV system
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Must be good team player, able to collaborate within a diverse stakeholder like end-user, EPC, consultant, PMC and site execution team
- Basic knowledge of Honeywell Tridium Niagara, Webs, Trends Etc.. Software like Workbench, EBI, Webs, Spyder etc. will be an added advantage.
- Must have basic knowledge for systems like AHU, FAN, Chiller, FCU, VAV, Pumps etc.
- Testing and Commissioning of DDC Panels (Direct Digital Controller) coordination, preparing Progress report, BMS schematics and various schedules to coordinate with main contractors and other third-party system contractors,
- Basic knowledge about sensor, DDC panel installation and terminations.
- The entire installation for the IBMS/IoT to be taken care in coordination with Client, PMC, third party vendors etc.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of ELV, HVAC, Electrical systems covering cable routing, wiring schematic and loop diagrams, commissioning instructions etc. related to IBMS/IoT etc.
2-5 years of experience in installation and coordination of IBMS/IoT projects.
- The candidate shall have experience in handling modern-day IBMS projects.
- Attend customer clarification meetings and undertake site visits along with customer/consultant/PMC and on site installation team.
- The candidate shall be ready to travel and work at sites.
- The candidate should be able to manage the installation activities at site.
