Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer Lead to join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs and enhancements.
- Work on reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
- Develop and maintain SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 6 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ABAP development.
- Possess strong technical skills in ABAP programming, RICEF objects, and SAP integration techniques.
- Demonstrate core competencies in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
