• Administer and support IBM WebSphere ESB environments across production and non-production systems
• Monitor system performance, availability, and ensure high uptime of middleware services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebSphere ESB, Linux, and Unix systems
• Perform deployment, configuration, and maintenance of integration services
• Work with application and infrastructure teams for seamless system integration
• Implement patches, upgrades, and system enhancements as required
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies
• Perform shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
• Support incident management and root cause analysis
