Job Description:
Campaign Management:

Responsibilities
1. Build and run campaigns using IBM UNICA, SQL and SAS

2. Understand list-selection criteria and ensure achievement of all objectives

3. Create & send waterfall reports for Campaign manager’s approval

4. Perform quality check and ensure quality in campaign implementation

5. Coordinate with clients and prepare list for all campaigns

6. Supervise effective implementation of marketing campaigns; recommend changes and modifications to various campaign data

7. Analyze campaigns and provide recommend improvements to all campaigns and prepare appropriate reports

8. Perform troubleshoot on all campaigns to ensure the quality of all programs

9. Monitor inventory for all campaigns daily and ensure client satisfaction in all activities

10. Participate in all calls related to campaigns.

Skill

1. Good Communication Skill.

2. Strong knowledge on SQL

3. knowledge on base SAS

4.Hands on experience on IBM UNICA
