Key responsibilities of the role are:

• Storage administration:

Storage systems: IBM flash arrays 7300/9500, EMC Data domain DD6400

SAN Networking: soft and hard zoning using Brocade SAN switches.

SAN Switches: Brocade Gen6, Brocade 6520

Backup solutions: EMC Data domain using DD VTL/CIFS/NFS

To be the right fit, you'll need:

1) Execute advance troubleshooting to mitigate storage performance issues and adequate capacity across storage systems.

2) Performing full SAN management including storage provisioning, replication, volume creation, zoning on Brocade SAN switches for EMC and IBM storage devices.

3) Upgrade firmware for various storage systems, ensuring optimal performance.

4) Configuring host, host groups, and storage groups, mapping LUN's to associated host groups.

5) Engaged in capacity planning, provisioning and load management for efficient storage utilization.

6) Monitor controller load and overall storage performance for EMC/IBM SAN storage systems.
