We are looking for a hands-on IBM Sterling OMS Developer with strong eCommerce domain experienceand expertise in developing and customizing Sterling OMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
Develop custom Java / Java EE, Spring Boot services and Sterling OMS extensions.
Work with Sterling APIs, Services, Agents, User Exits, Pipelines, and Process Types.
Develop OMS solutions for Order Management, Inventory, Sourcing, Scheduling, Allocation, Reservation, Shipment, Returns, and Fulfillment.
Develop integrations using REST, Kafka, XML, JSON, XPath, and XSLT.
Work with IBM DB2 and SQL for OMS development and data-related requirements.
Analyze requirements, prepare technical designs, develop solutions, perform unit testing, and support deployments.
Perform code reviews, debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization.
Develop scalable solutions for eCommerce and Omnichannel fulfillment platforms.

Mandatory Skills

4–7 years of IBM Sterling OMS development experience
Mandatory: eCommerce experience
Strong hands-on Java / Java EE
Spring Boot
Kafka
Sterling APIs, Services, Agents, User Exits & Extensions
XML, JSON, XPath, XSLT
SQL & IBM DB2
REST integrations
OMS configuration and customization
Strong understanding of Order Management, Inventory, Sourcing & Fulfillment

This is a pure Sterling OMS Development role. Candidates with primarily production support or functional support experience will not be considered.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
