Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage file transfers using IBM Sterling Filegateway, Global Mailbox, and related technologies.
Perform installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance activities for IBM Sterling solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to IBM Sterling components, system performance, and network connectivity.
Work with Fortra Globalscape and GoAnywhere solutions.
Monitor and provide on-call support for 24/7 operational requirements.
Collaborate with global internal customers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation for installations, configurations, and operational procedures.
Utilize Linux and Windows commands for system administration tasks.
Optionally, develop automation scripts using Python or PowerShell for operational tasks.
