The role involves designing, implementing, and managing IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) solutions to strengthen enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for handling user lifecycle operations, establishing secure authentication frameworks, and supporting SSO and federated integrations across business-critical applications.
Location - Mumbai - CSMT/Thane
Experience - 3 years to 6 years
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days OR Serving
Salary band - 9 LPA to 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) solutions
- Manage IAM lifecycle including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Implement and maintain RBAC, policy management, and certification processes
- Configure and support SSO, Web SSO, and Federated SSO using SAML 2.0
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams for integrations
- Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident resolution using tools like Splunk
- Handle service requests and changes through ServiceNow / Jira
- Create documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)
- Good understanding of IAM concepts: Identity Management, Access Management, RBAC
- Experience with Authentication & Federation protocols (SAML 2.0, SSO)
- Scripting knowledge: Bash, SQL
- Familiarity with monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
- Experience working in ITSM environments (ServiceNow, Jira)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SailPoint or other IGA tools
- Experience in enterprise IAM implementations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
