Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and support.
- Strong knowledge of cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and TI processes.
- Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx).
- Ability to interpret financial data and ensure TM1 reports accurately reflect business performance.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of real-estate financial processes (property management, lease accounting, revenue forecasting).
- Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and integration with external systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and issues.
