Job Description

Develop and implement business rules using IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, interpret them into system specifications, and document them effectively.
Design, develop, and test business rules in ODM, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
Work closely with customers to extract and define business requirements, both remotely and on-site, ensuring successful implementation within planned duration and budget.
Develop and optimize SQL scripts for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
Utilize Java for developing supporting components and integrating with existing systems.
Analyze production logs and defects, recommending corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Unix environment, leveraging Unix commands for system management and monitoring.
Participate in project-related workshops, meetings, and Interactive Pilot Assessments (IPA) to understand customer processes and demonstrate application functionality.
Develop and deliver training for end-users and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
Ensure that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used to maintain quality standards
