Required Technology & Functional Areas

Experience Requirement

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
Must have completed at least one full end-to-end IBM Maximo implementation as a Technical Consultant or Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong combination of technical and functional expertise in IBM Maximo.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

Basic functional knowledge of IBM Maximo modules, particularly:
Maximo Finance
Maximo Procurement
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo integrations.
Strong experience in BIRT reporting.
Hands-on experience in Maximo Workflow design and development.
Strong development experience with Java.
Hands-on experience with Maximo Automation Scripting.
Experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems.
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to interact directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience with RDBMS and SQL scripting.
Experience with Maximo Security Group configuration and administration.
Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation with minimal support from the Functional team.
Experience working in the Utilities sector would be beneficial.
Team management experience.
Experience working on both application development and application support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end IBM Maximo implementation and development activities.
Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
Design and develop scalable Maximo solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and customize Maximo Finance and Procurement functionality.
Design, develop, and maintain Maximo integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain BIRT reports.
Design and develop Maximo workflows.
Develop and maintain Java-based customizations.
Develop and maintain Maximo Automation Scripts.
Configure and manage Maximo Security Groups.
Perform database-related activities using RDBMS and SQL scripting.
Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues.
Provide application development and production support as required.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver Maximo solutions.
Manage and coordinate team activities where required.
Contribute to requirements gathering and solution design with minimal dependency on the Functional team.

Client & Project Requirements

Strong client-facing and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently and provide solutions with minimal functional-team support.
Willingness to work on application development and support projects in accordance with the UAE business calendar and holidays is necessary.
Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
