Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Consultant – Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Maximo/MAS architecture, integrations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions
• Design and architect scalable asset management solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and customize Maximo modules including Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Predictive Maintenance
• Manage MAS components such as Manage, Monitor, Health, Predict, and Visual Inspection
• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, MIF (Maximo Integration Framework), and middleware tools
• Perform system upgrades, migrations (Maximo 7.6 to MAS), and environment setup
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior consultants and developers
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite
• Expertise in Maximo modules and configurations
• Experience with MAS architecture, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Experience in scripting: Automation Scripts (Python/Jython), Java, SQL
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience with DB2 / Oracle databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud)
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IoT integration, predictive maintenance, and analytics
• Knowledge of industry solutions (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation)
• Certification in IBM Maximo or MAS
• Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Experience

• 10–15+ years in IT with at least 6+ years in IBM Maximo / MAS
• Proven experience leading large-scale MAS implementations
