Job Title: IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer (IID & BAW)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application integration and SOA-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing business process solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).

The candidate should also have exposure to enterprise modernization programs, especially involving Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-led integration, and middleware transformation initiatives. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in IBM BPEL development and SOA-based integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
• IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
• IBM ACE / IIB
• Strong expertise in:
• SOAP and REST APIs
• XML, XSD, WSDL
• Business process orchestration and mediation flows
• Experience with enterprise messaging technologies such as:
• IBM MQ
• Kafka
• Exposure to modernization and transformation programs involving:
• Legacy modernization
• Hybrid integration
• Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
