Project: Proof of Concept (POC) Support Work

Working hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Proof of Concept (POC) implementation for IBM Infosphere MDM.

Configure, customize, and deploy MDM solutions based on business requirements.

Perform data modeling, matching, merging, and cleansing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and data governance leads.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure data quality and consistency in MDM solutions.

Provide expert-level insights and guidance on MDM product features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with IBM Infosphere MDM (version 11.x or higher preferred).

Strong hands-on experience with MDM customizations including addition of new entities, extending existing entities, and configuring match/merge rules.

Proficiency in Java, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and MDM architecture components.

Experience with MDM tools such as MDM Workbench, MDM Inspector, and MDM Server.

Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data domains (Customer, Product, etc.).

Proven experience in supporting or delivering POCs in a short time frame.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
