Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customize and maintain IBM FileNet solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
- Configure and extend FileNet components such as Content Engine Process Engine Workflow and Content Navigator interfaces
- Build and optimize workflows document lifecycle management security models and metadata classification structures
- Implement integrations and services to connect FileNet with upstream downstream enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and deliver performance and stability improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to estimate plan develop test and deploy enhancements in iterative releases
- Contribute to technical documentation coding standards and best practices for FileNet development and support
- Identify opportunities to apply AI driven approaches to improve content discovery classification and process automation
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications
- BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA with 3 5 years of relevant experience in IBM FileNet development
- Strong hands on experience with IBM FileNet platform capabilities and enterprise content management concepts
- Experience designing and implementing workflows security document classes properties and foldering strategies
- Ability to debug troubleshoot and resolve issues across FileNet components and deployed solutions
- Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
