Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Administrator / Developer who will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting IBM FileNet environments while contributing to enterprise application development and platform integration.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with IBM FileNet administration, Linux environments, enterprise application support, and cloud-native deployment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IBM FileNet P8 (Content Platform Engine and Content Manager).
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IBM FileNet environments.
• Develop and maintain applications using Java or .NET technologies.
• Develop and support REST-based integrations.
• Administer Linux-based application environments.
• Manage IBM DB2 or PostgreSQL databases supporting the FileNet platform.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash or Python.
• Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift for application deployment and container management.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise content management solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in IBM FileNet administration.
• Good understanding of enterprise application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with shell scripting (Bash/Python).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
