About Position:
We are hiring an IBM Decision Manager Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and managing business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Decision Center, Decision Server, rule authoring, and business rule automation to support enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and deploy business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
- Design and implement Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Rule Flows, and Rule Sets.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated rule solutions.
- Manage rule authoring, testing, versioning, and deployment through Decision Center and Decision Server.
- Integrate ODM rule services with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Perform rule validation, impact analysis, and performance optimization.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to deliver scalable decision management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices for rule management.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 4-8 years of experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Decision Center, Decision Server, Rule Designer,and Rule Execution Server.
- Experience developing and managing Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Rule Flows, and Business Rules.
- Good understanding of Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) and decision automation concepts.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and integration of ODM services with enterprise applications.
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and API integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
