- Apply knowledge of industry-specific capability models, process models (BPMN), service models, and business object models to accelerate development and testing of Automated Process projects
- Should have knowledge on process workflow and process orchestration and would be able to develop applications to integrate various systems
- Knowledge of applying the above models and processes in at least one of the business or technology automation projects
- Capable of addressing technical aspects of automating the re-imagined processes/workflow including customization of the models and processes during solution outline and development, testing and operation phases of the project
- IBM BPM/BAW 19.x/21.x Experience > 4 years
- 5-8 years of IT experience
- Knowledge of XML, Webservices, Integrations with ECM, Database Integration
- Knowledge of Business Process and Business Rules
- Create data model designs, SQL Queries and/or Stored Procedures
- Hands-on experience on SQL/PLSQL, Oracle database
- Must have experience on multitier architecture
- Experience on Implementation and Support projects
- Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features
- End-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of applications
- Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your stakeholders
- Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using document repositories
