Job Title: IBM BPM Developer

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Locations: Chennai Navallur Office & Noida Sec 60

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: UK Shift (12PM to 9 PM)

Working Model: Work From Office [5 Days]

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management and hands-on experience with IBM BPM tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying BPM solutions that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Design and develop business process applications using IBM BPM (Business Automation Workflow).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
  • Develop user interfaces using Coach Views and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement business rules, services, and data models within BPM applications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in deployed BPM applications.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain application documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM/BAW development.
  • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow design principles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and RESTful services.
  • Experience with integration of BPM applications with external systems.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
