IBM BPM developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BPM solutions using IBM BPM software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Troubleshoot and debug BPM applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that coding standards are followed
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software
• Experience in developing custom integrations using REST and SOAP web services
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of BPMN, BPEL, and other BPM methodologies
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
