Job Description

  • Develop and manage IBM BPM, FileNet, and IBM BAW Case Manager workflow solutions
  • Lead migration of IBM BAW and workflow processes to cloud-native architectures
  • Design scalable, secure, and robust workflow architectures using public cloud platforms
  • Create migration strategies including timelines, risk mitigation, and resource planning
  • Manage data transformation ensuring data integrity and availability during migration
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments for workflow deployments
  • Troubleshoot IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW environments and resolve root cause issues
  • Perform Linux (RHEL 8/9) server administration and VM operations
  • Handle upgrades of FileNet, IBM BPM, and BAW environments
  • Work with OpenShift and AWS (added advantage)
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problems using ServiceNow
  • Identify and mitigate infrastructure security vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams for workflow execution
  • Maintain technical documentation for workflow systems and architecture
  • Manage vendors and ensure service delivery compliance
  • Provide technical leadership and support across legacy and modern BPM systems
