A day in the life of an Infoscion
- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
- You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
- You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

- Must have development experience in IBM BPM/BAW.
- Must have worked on different versions of IBM BPM /BAW.
- Good understanding about IBM BPM/BAW architecture, design and implementation.
- Experience in BPM/BAW process analysis, designing and integration.
- Good functional understanding of Banking/Telcom/Manufacturing domain.
- Good knowledge of SQL and DML, DCL and DDL commands.
- Good understanding of UCAs, Linked processes, subprocesses, Webservices, Client-side Human services, Coach and coach views, exception handling, tracking, reporting, online and offline deployments etc
- Should be able to work on Change Requests (Change Management) as Change coordinator.
- Have good understanding of JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript libraries like jQuery.
- Experience in one of the Agile project methodology and project progress tracking tools like Jira, confluence.
- Must be aware of deployment tools like bitbucket, Git, Bamboo.
