IBM BPM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable BPM solutions using IBM BPM, BAW, and FileNet
• Lead migration of workflow processes from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms
• Develop end-to-end migration strategies including planning, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Architect secure, robust, and scalable workflow solutions on cloud platforms
• Manage infrastructure, deployment, and upgrades of IBM BPM, BAW, and FileNet environments
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure root cause resolution
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for workflow and BPM systems
• Manage data transformation and ensure data integrity during migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and operations
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across BPM infrastructure
• Provide technical documentation and architectural guidance
• Handle vendor coordination and stakeholder management
